“My students’ worlds are more meaningful because they now have an understanding of their role in it. The sense of empowerment that they have learned through the EcoRise curriculum makes them better global citizens and members of their own communities. How much better does it get? That’s every teacher’s dream!”
– Landon Garvik, C.W. Harris Elementary, Washington, DC

Imagine every school campus as an incubator for social change where teachers dedicate their classrooms to solving real-world problems. Imagine students applying math, science, and social studies principles to design solar-charging stations, rainwater-catchments systems, urban food forests, and much more. Welcome to the EcoRise classroom.
By supporting our mission at $10 a month, you can help us reach our Vision 2020 goal of building 10 high-impact hubs of school programs throughout the United States.
Over the last few years, we’ve launched environmental literacy programs across the nation in Austin, San Antonio, Houston, and Dallas, TX; New York City, NY; Washington, DC; Boston, MA; Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA; and Sacramento, CA.
Help us keep the momentum going and fuel our goal to reach 250,000 students by 2020 by making a recurring donation!
